Library
Library is the repository of knowledge. RA College for Women maintains an exceptionally rich Central library equipped with all possible sources of information. The wisdom of student and teacher are to be enhanced by information regarding the recent development and humanities , research. The library includes books stakes, Reading sections ,Circulation, Periodical Section.
Facilities
- The Library follows open access system. This system very useful for students to make use of the library.
- Largest collections of Department wise reference books and issue books are stacked and available for students.
- University question papers are collected and bind it year by year for student reference.
- Post graduation and M.Phil project note books are stacked departmentwise and are available for students for reference.
- To fetch online notes computer systems with internet facilities are available
Rules and Regulations
- Perfect silence should be observed in the Library
- Students of the U.G. Programmes, P.G. Students , M.Phil. /Ph.D. Scholars staff members will be issued with Library tickets.
- Books will be issued only on production of Library tickets
- Students can borrow and return books in library hours they allotted with in all working days.
- Loss of Library tickets should be brought to the notice of the Librarian in writing immediately. A fine of Rs:50 will be imposed per card lost
- Writing or underlying in a book or tampering with a book in any manner is strictly prohibited
- Library will be closed on Sundays and government holidays
- Reference Books, Magazines,Journals and Dailies cannot be taken out of the Library
- Student or Staff who leave the college for any reason in the should return the books before leaving the college
