GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

• Completed application form shall be submitted at the college office in person or by registered post with acknowledgement card not later than 7 days from the date of publication of the result.
• For application delivered in person, acknowledgement from the college office should be obtained.
• No enclosures with the application form.
• Admissions to any course will be confirmed only after an interview and an eligibility verified.
• Students selected for an interview shall comply with all conditions mentioned in the interview letter.
• At the time of interview, mark sheet in original, and all other certificates, shall be produced.
• Students selected for admission shall pay the prescribed fee on or before the date mentioned in the admission card.If fee are not paid on time, the student will forfeit her seat.
• Fees paid once will not be refunded.
• Students should take a sufficient number of attested copies of mark sheets of their qualifying examination before surrendering the originals to the college on admission.
• Students should take care and ensure that they furnish true and correct information and marks in the application form. Later on the marks or any other information furnished in the application form is found to be incorrect, altered or bogus, the student shall forfeit her admission, no matter at what stage of the course she will be studying at that time.
• Application forms can be obtained from the college office.

Students called for interview shall attend with her parents and produce the following

• The interview card.
• Recently taken stamp size photograph (three copies).
• Mark Sheet in original of qualifying examination with 4 Xerox copies.
• Transfer certificate-Original with a Xerox copy.
• Conduct certificate-original with a Xerox copy.
• Community certificate for SC, ST, BC, MBC students-original with three Xerox copies.
• Aadhar card-Xerox copy.

Eligibility for admission

U.G. Courses

• A Pass in the higher secondary, or any other examination conducted by the state government or any other statutory board after 12 years of study and recognized as equivalent to the higher secondary examination in Tamil Nadu.
• Students from other states will be considered for admission, only if they produce eligibility certificate from Bharathidasan University.
• Students from other countries will be considered for admission, only if they obtain eligibility certificate from university and also if they have provisional student visa endorsed on their passport.
