MENTORING SYSTEM
Mentoring System
Mentoring is a systematic process focusing on student-staff adviser relationship for improving as well as achieving academic, career, and human values. Faculty mentors play a crucial role in mentoring graduates. Students and their mentors share responsibility for ensuring productive and rewarding mentoring relationships. Each faculty member is the mentor of a group of 20 to 25 students allocated to them by the Head of the Department. Those faculties will continue to be the mentors for the same group of students till their graduation.
