STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

A. Good Manner and Behaviour:

  • Protocol should be observed at all times in the following order; Management, Principal, Faculty, Senior Students. Students should always be respectful towards their Superiors and be polite courteous to all.
  • Students should greet the Management, principal and other Superiors when they meet them for the first time during the day and should step aside to let them pass.
  • When faculty members or visitors enter the classroom all students should rise and greet them; they must not sit down until invited to do so. Likewise, Students should rise when the faculty members or visitors leave the class room.
  • In every meeting or assembly of the college, students are expected to be attentive and maintain discipline.
  • Students should wear clean, decent and conform to the rule of modesty.
  • It is the responsibility of every Student to keep the campus and class room clean and debris free. Scribbling / Writings on walls and desks is prohibited. Keep the college campus green and gorgeous. Use the waste paper bins for your throw – away articles.
  • Purified Drinking water is provided for students and staff. Water is precious and wastage of water in any form is not permitted.
  • Bringing Plastic / Polythene articles to the college is prohibited.
  • Ragging in any form at any time will be severely dealt with.
  • Staff and students coming in two wheelers, Should possess valid driving licence and wear helmet compulsorily.
  • Students are required to spend their leisure hours in the library. They should not loiter along the verandas or college campus or disturb classes at work.
  • Whether on or off the campus the students are expected to conduct themselves politely, cordially and maintain the good name of the college.
  • Students are expected to see notification / circulars in the notice boards regularly.

B.GENERAL REMARKS:

No collection of funds shall be made by students without the permission of the management in writing. Every student shall obey the rules and regulations of the institution and to respect and support its compliance.

Use of cell phone and plastic material within the college campus is prohibited. Defaulters will be fined.

C.ATTENDANCE

  • Regular Attendance for classes, seminars and games is necessary.
  • No student will be allowed more than three days Leave in a semester if, for valid reason, a student requires leave for more than three consecutive days, her parent /guardian should come personally for getting the leave application granted.
  • In case, where absence is due to unforeseen causes, an application for leave should be submitted as soon as possible and in no case later than the first day of returning to college.
  • The leave letter should be submitted to the principal in the proper form, stating clearly the reason for absence. The application must contain the name, class  and roll number of the student and must be counter-signed by the parent/ guardian, and hostel warden (for hostel student only) and Head of the  Department /Asst.Professor- in –charge.
  •  A student absent without leave for any hour of the day will be registered as absent for the whole day. Leave of absence for a particular hour may be obtained from the Asst.Professor –in-charge.
  • Permission will not be granted during college hours for the purpose of meeting parents, guardians, relatives or friends.
  • A student entering the college after the scheduled time will present herself to the office where she will receive a late chit. The office will keep a record of late comers who will be duly fined.
  •  The annual certificate of attendance required for the University examination will be granted only, when
    1. a. the principal is satisfied that the student’s progress and conduct has been satisfactory and
    2. b. the student has attended not less than 75% working days in each  semester as required by the University.
  • Student should clear all arrears to the college and University, before seeking Hall Ticket for the examination.

► MBA and MCA Students are Eligible to Apply for this Scholarship

► Students Secured Minimum 50% Marks or Equivalent Grade in the Previous Year Final Examination

► Annual Income ceiling is 2,50,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty
Thousand only)

► All UG, PG, M.Phil, and Ph.D., Students are eligible to apply for this Scholarship

► Students belong to BC MBC DNC Community is Eligible for Apply the Scholarship

► Muslims ,All UG, PG, and M.Phil., Students are Eligible to Apply for this Scholarship

► Annual Income ceiling is Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) for PG courses, No income limit for all UG courses
